I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The breakfast menu offered a good variety, ensuring I started my day on the right note. The spacious onsen was a fantastic escape after exploring. I also appreciated the free laundry facilities, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind.
I can just recommend this hotel.

During my weekend stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and the really nice selection at breakfast. The hotel is large enough to handle a decent crowd, and I loved the spacious onsen - a great way to unwind! Plus, it was super quiet, which made for a peaceful experience.
The location is pretty far from the Umeda area, requiring multiple trains to get around. The room felt a bit cramped, and the hot water took ages to warm up. the lack of nearby attractions made it less convenient for exploring. it’s decent for the price but not ideal for first-time visitors.

The only good thing about this hotel was that it was near the aquarium. the location was far from other attractions and restaurants, making it difficult to explore the city. the room was incredibly small, leaving barely any space to move around. the bathroom was not well-maintained, with rusty fixtures and mildew in the shower. the breakfast options were limited and unappetizing. this hotel was a disappointment and not worth the price paid.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly.

Liked my Xmas stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic and extremely welcoming, even offering a complimentary hot breakfast daily and a shuttle to nearby attractions. The cleanliness was impressive, especially during the holiday season. The location was also a plus, as it was just a short walk to the conference center and restaurants.
Disliked the room size. It was a bit too small for two people, and made it difficult to move around comfortably. Additionally, the parking was a bit expensive and had to be paid separately from the room. a good choice for those looking for a cozy option at a reasonable price.

Spent New Year's Eve with friends and had a great time! the hotel had a free shuttle to the nearby shopping and dining areas, and the onsen was such a relaxing treat after a night out. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was just barely big enough for the two of us to move around, but for the price we paid, it was expected. the hotel was a bit further away from the city center than we would have preferred, but we found a taxi service that was reasonably priced and got us there and back quickly.
